PRICING
The prices listed on this website are monitored very closely for accuracy. Occasionally, pricing errors do occur. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices for backorders are honored at the prices in effect on the day you place your order and are considered valid unless cancelled in writing. AVAILABILITY
The availability of the products listed on this website is monitored very closely. We will make every effort to fulfill the order in the time promised upon purchase. However, on rare occasions we might not be able to fulfill the order in the time that we promised. If this should happen, you will be notified of the availability differences. At that time, you will have the option to accept the delayed shipment or cancel your order.
Availability Messages and their meanings:

This Item is Not Yet Available from Manufacturer, Scheduled to Release Day/Month/Year - you may purchase this item now and we will place it on backorder. Your account will not be charged until we ship the product to you. You can cancel the order at any time prior to shipment.

Shipping Time Information:
Shipment delivery will occur Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday deliveries are not available. Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping time calculation.
Example #1:
An order placed on Friday before 12:00 noon CST, requesting UPS Next Day delivery.
This order will ship on Friday, because it was placed before noon CST, and will be delivered on Monday.
Example #2:
An order placed on Thursday after 12:00 noon CST requesting UPS Next Day delivery.
This order will be shipped on Friday, because it was placed after 12:00 noon CST, it will be delivered on Monday.
Example #3:
An order is placed on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) after 12:00 noon CST, requesting UPS Next Day delivery.
Because this order was placed on a Holiday, it will be shipped the next non-holiday weekday. In this case on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be filed within fifteen (15) days of receipt of goods.

RETURN POLICY
Please review the policy below prior to submitting your return request.
Authorization from a McCoy Customer Service Representative is required prior to returning goods.
- All merchandise accepted for return must be in original packaging, with no additional labels, tags, or other alterations, and resaleable as new (a determination to be made by McCoy).
- Merchandise eligible for return MUST be returned within 30 days of the RMA number being issued.
- Returned merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of the RMA issue date and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
- Specific product lines are subject to manufacturers’ individual return/repair policies and therefore may not be returnable.
- Merchandise is not returnable after one year (365 days) from the invoice date.
- Defective merchandise will be replaced at McCoy’s discretion.
- McCoy issues credit on the account only and does not issue CASH refunds.

- In cases where McCoy issues store credit for returned merchandise, the credit memo will expire 12 months after the issue date.

RESTOCKING FEE
Restocking Fees will apply to returns that meet any of the following criteria:
- Returns approved 60 days or later from the invoice date will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Returned merchandise that does not meet all the requirements for returns (i.e. damaged in transit, has additional labels, etc.) will incur a restocking fee between 10-20% depending on the damage.
- McCoy will notify the customer in the case of any damage or determination of less than new condition and the customer has the right to accept product back or be charged the restocking fee. Merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Returns of more than 40% of a given purchase order.
- One or more returns of this size in a given year may result in additional fees being assessed or future returns being refused.

RMA GUIDELINES
- The assigned RMA number must be visible and legible on the shipping label or external packaging. Please include paperwork with the RMA number inside the shipping container.
- Merchandise accepted for return should be securely wrapped in cushioning/packaging material to avoid damage during transit.
- Garments accepted for return should be folded neatly.

MISSING MERCHANDISE
- Please report all missing merchandise to McCoy within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of goods.
- Occasionally orders do not ship complete. Before contacting McCoy, please review your packing slip to determine what items were contained in each shipping carton.
- If your order contained a drop ship item or special-order item, please be aware that your merchandise may be shipping from the manufacturer at a later time, and not from McCoy.
